Refund policy

Not 100% happy with the ring/item? Shoot us a message !

We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number. 

To start a return, please contact us at sales@deadivy.net.

Please include your name, order number, items you purchased in the email and if you want a refund, return or exchange. If your return is accepted (confirmation that the ring/item is in the condition it was sent in), we’ll send you the return address and ask for you to post it to this address. (Please note we do not cover return postage.) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Jewellery Returns

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return this will happen within 1-5 business days of receiving the return and let you know if the refund/return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If there are any problems during this process please do not hesitate to contact us.

Apparel Returns

For apparel items that are returned due to the wrong size being ordered for an exchange. A new size will be sent out if in stock. If the size is not in stock the customer will receive a store credit to be used on any items on the Dead Ivy website. (Please note we do not cover return postage.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. We want all our customers to be 100% happy with every purchase they make. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as earrings, sale items, gift cards and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Jewellery Exchanges/resizes
The fastest way for an exchange or resize is to shoot an email to sales@deadivy.net to sort out a resize or exchange if possible. 

In this email please include your name, order number, items you purchased and what exchange or resize you need. 

We offer free exchanges if we have that item in stock on all jewellery items, we just ask for you to pay for the postage back to us and back to you.

We do offer free resizing of all rings within 30 days of receiving your order, we just ask for you to pay for the postage back to us and back to you.

Please include your name, order number, return address and size you are after on a note along with a prepaid postage satchel for the rings return.

Once received your ring will be resized in 1-5 business days and posted back to you using the prepaid postage satchel provided.
