How long will my order take to be made once ordered?
All Dead Ivy rings are made to order taking 2-4 weeks production time after order date. Allowing a larger selection of sizes and decreased waste. If you need a ring by a certain date please email/message and we will try our best to work something out for you.

What if my ring doesn’t fit once it arrives?
We currently offer free resizing but ask for the customer to pay for return postage.

Ring Care

Sterling Silver Rings

Sterling silver is an alloyed metal, made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloys. It is these alloys that react with moisture and sulfer in the air that can cause tarnishing especially in hotter or more humid climates. 

Tips to prevent tarnish:

- Store your rings in a cool dry place.

- Grab a anti tarnishing polishing cloth and use regularly. 

- If the ring gets wet dry as soon as possible.

- Keep your rings away from chemicals that may tarnish it! Things such as makeup, soap, sanitiser, perfumes, chlorine etc. 

- Wear regularly. 

Returns Policy
If you receive your ring and for any reason are not happy with the product, please email us at dead.ivy.info@gmail.com to organise a return for a refund or replacement. In general the ring must be in the condition it was sent in.
